This all-levels class welcomes everyone, with personal attention and modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Weather permitting, we’ll practice outdoors on the Clubhouse Patio; otherwise, we’ll gather inside the cozy Clubhouse.
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel or blanket, strap, and two blocks if you have them—whatever helps you feel at ease
